At TechHomeFusion, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products and services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan and the United States.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the Return Policy below.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us at support@techhomefusion.com with their order details.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Digital products, downloadable software, or license keys
Customized or special-order items
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
TechHomeFusion reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once a return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence.
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period:
Check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
Replacement items are subject to availability.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TechHomeFusion is not responsible for lost return shipments.
International customers (including U.S.-based customers) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.
Refunds do not include customs charges or import taxes.
